The Lifers is now ready!!

We have been taking submissions for our street-team for months now, and it's finally time to announce that we are ready for everyone to use our spanking new street-team software. We really want The Lifers to become a community where everyone is welcome and can make friends, so if that sounds like something that you are interested in, then check out the street-team page for more information.

The stage @ Grange High, Oldham

Thank you to everyone that made us feel welcome at Grange School, Oldham yesterday. We played two one-hour sets back-to-back, and the drive home took 8.5 hours because of traffic...a long day to say the least, but everyone singing, screaming and smiling made it worth it.

Thank you's...

Just a note to say thank you to everyone at Manningtree High School today - we had a great time. We didn't get a chance to take any photos, but if anyone has any that they took and wants us to post them up on here - email them to us at mail@onedaylife.co.uk.

This is a friend of ours, Becki who I was chatting to one day online and she mentioned she had the day off work so I invited her down to the studio, we ate Subway and she is one of the voices you can hear talking in the middle-8 of Caffeine.

Her part is actually one of my favourites as right towards the end of that sections in the right speaker is her voice saying something like "yeah, i think everything's going to work out ok". She is also the voice that says "I'm Sorry" in the verse of The Art Of Aiming Low. First take people, first take.

New website launched!

So it's finally here..it took a few days longer than we had hoped, and it's very far from being finished, but we will carry on working hard to add more to it and make everything look even prettier over the next few weeks.

Quick Update

So we've just heard that the copies of Heroes, Hoods and Headphones will be back with us tomorrow - we're hoping that the new site will be ready in the next few hours (we're working pretty frantically on it right now, forgive us if we post it up and a few things are missing, everything will get posted up eventually).
